H. Charles Jahnke Jr., is the attorney – owner of the lawfirm. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, New York, and Florida as well as in the  U.S. Federal Court jurisdictions of  Texas, Illinois, and Ohio.

After graduating from Georgetown Law Center in Washington, D.C. with an LL.M, Mr. Jahnke began his career in New York City with an international litigation law firm. He then became corporate and senior counsel for New York Stock Exchange listed Fortune 250 companies in construction and building materials, power generation, oil and gas, energy, and renewable energy. He has maintained his own specialty law practice for select clients for the past 20 years.

He has handled complex legal matters in the United States, Canada, Mexico, China, Hong Kong,  Europe,  South America and the B.V.I. He has formed joint venture companies in most of those locations and has managed busines,  litigation or arbitration in  them. He has handled over 100 court cases on behalf of clients, in addition to handling hundreds of transactions for clients.

Mr. Jahnke has an advanced international business law degree from Georgetown Law Center, Washington, D.C. and has studied at Harvard Law School. He is a member of the Texas, Florida, and New York Bar Associations. He also holds a Texas and New York Real Estate Broker’s License and Florida Real Estate License. He  is also a  member of the Texas Bar College.
